Pujya Swami Parmatmananda Saraswati, attained comprehensive learning in Vedanta, Sanskrit and Yoga from his Guru, H.H. Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Pujya Swamiji has been teaching scripture to cross-sections of the society, across India and the World for the last 40 years.
He is the Convener and General Secretary of the Hindu Acharya Sabha, India – (The collective voice of various Hindu Ancient Traditions) that has undertaken a number of successful initiatives for the protection of Hindu Dharma and Culture. Pujya Swamiji is the founder of Arsga Vidhya Mandir, Rajkot (India), a centre for learning.
Pujya Swamiji has travelled across the world (and in India too) to grace numerous national and international conferences/meetings and events. To name a few: Hindu – Jewish Dialogue (Delhi/Jerusalem), G8 Summit (Canada), Hindu-Buddhist Dialogue (Myanmar and Cambodia), World Religions Conference (Australia), Key Note speaker at World Religions Conference (UK-Geneva), World Hindu Paishada at Bali Interfaith Dialogue for Peace, Harmony and Security, Ancient Tradition Contemporary Realities, Israel Asia Faith Leaders Summit, Leadership and Spiritual Intelligence Seminar (British Parliament) Board Meeting of World Council of Religious Leaders.
He is also a member of the National and State Committee for the commemoration of the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Government of India and Government of Gujarat. He is also a member of the Adi-Snakarcharya Memorial Trust, Government of Madhya Pradesh, India and a member the National Committee for Pandit Deen Dayal centenary celebrations.
Pujya Swamiji was recently awarded D.Litt by Gujarat University.
